Greek Wedding Favors

Greek wedding? I'm not Greek but I LOVE Greek food and want that as my food for my wedding. However, I am having a hard time finding a place that will let me have my own caterer. I live in New Mexico and all the places I have looked at make you use there own cooks and it's usually southwestern or New Mexican wich is fine but I eat mexican food all the time and enchiladas at a wedding isn't as appealing as lamb is. Does anyone have any wedding site ideas? It doesn't have to be a specific place but a general area where people have weddings. All I know is I want an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception. Any ideas?
