Greek Wedding Favors

Greek wedding?

I'm not Greek but I LOVE Greek food and want that as my food for my wedding. However, I am having a hard time finding a place that will let me have my own caterer. I live in New Mexico and all the places I have looked at make you use there own cooks and it's usually southwestern or New Mexican wich is fine but I eat mexican food all the time and enchiladas at a wedding isn't as appealing as lamb is. Does anyone have any wedding site ideas? It doesn't have to be a specific place but a general area where people have weddings. All I know is I want an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception. Any ideas?

1. They are not glamorous but you can rent out a Knights of Columbus or VFW halls, I don't know what's in your area. They don't charge much and then you can decorate it how you want. They usually let you in the night before if you'd like to. Then you can hire who you want to cater. I hope this helps.
