Wedding present ideas? - He's english, she's greek?
I'm going to a good friends wedding in August in Greece, but I can't think of a present. Any ideas? What is a traditional greek wedding present? Thanks!

- Money is traditional in Greece, sometimes pinned to the clothing of the bride and groom and sometimes thrown on their bed (this tradition is known as "to krevati").

- My cousin, married a Greek man last year, all the guests pinned money to my cousin on her dress, she had thousands of £s. A little impersonal I thought, although a much better idea. Best bet is to ask your friend, if she has a wedding list, if not you know to give money.
- Either money or any present you'd buy for a brit. Greeks are not aliens
- Ask them, I'm sure they'd rather be asked and given something they need then end up with something that they don't need.
